- On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m. Deputy Smith and Deputy Williamson were dispatched to Dollar General located at N. HWY 279, for a theft. Upon arrival, Deputy Smith located three suspects who were arrested and criminally trespassed from the Dollar General.
- On Friday, December 8 at 10:18 a.m. Deputy Michel Wilson was dispatched to W. Main Blvd, to take a report of a theft. Dispatch said a victim said someone broke into his house, and stole his medication, while he was out running errands between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Information was obtained, and a Burglary of Habitation report has been made for further investigation.
- On Saturday, December 9 at 7:55 a.m., Deputy Michel Wilson initiated a motorist assist at FM 2492 and FM 585, on a white Dodge Ram truck. The driver was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance PG1 <1g, Possession of Marijuana and Fraudulent Possession of Credit/Debit cards.
- On Sunday, December 10 at 10:35 a.m., Deputy Michel Wilson took a report of a theft report from an inmate in the Brown County Jail. The inmate said he had a red craftsman toolbox, a yellow tote with a Black and Decker weed eater, and other miscellaneous tools, stolen from his residence located at CR 215. Information was gathered and a report has been made for further investigation.
