Stephen Doyle Ratto, 57, of Early, Texas passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023. A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.

Stephen was born April 9, 1966 in Brownwood, Texas to Bennie and Edna (Tackett) Ratto. He graduated from Midland High School and joined the U.S. Army. Stephen enjoyed camping, cooking for his friends and family. He was a proud Military Veteran.

Stephen is survived by his mother, Edna Cowin of Midland, Texas; brothers, Russell Ratto and wife, Bobbie of Bangs, Texas & Jason Cowin and wife, Valarie of Midland; sisters, Paulette Ratto of Dallas, Texas, Stephanie Ratto of Brownwood and Angela Cowin of Midland, Texas; his best friend, Stinky Pete and numerous friends.

Stephen was preceded in death by his step-father, Terry Cowin.
