Upon arrival, Deputy Smith spoke with the caller, who advised that he was attempting to relocate the raccoon after trapping it, and the raccoon scratched him.
- On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at approximately 5:53 p.m. Deputy Francisco Valencia was dispatched to an address on CR 147, Bangs, TX, regarding criminal mischief. The complainant stated her front gate was struck by a vehicle and damaged, possibly by a delivery truck. Information was gathered and a report was made.
- On Monday, November 20, 2023, at approximately 10:15 p.m. Deputy Francisco Valencia, initiated a traffic stop for speeding, in the 100 Block of E. Hall St., in Bangs, Texas. Deputy Valencia could smell the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted, and marijuana was located. The driver was placed into custody for Possession of Marijuana. A report was made.
