The Salvation Army of Brownwood kicked off its Red Kettle campaign on Nov. 18 and bell ringers are needed throughout the holiday season.

The Salvation Army of Brownwood posted the following on its Facebook page:

Would you consider donating just two hours of your time this yest and ring bells at one of our locations? By ringing bells you’ll be helping feed thousands of meals this coming year, as well as helping with thousands of clothing items, along with food pantry, helping people get into treatment for addiction and a host of other services. By the grace of God we have helped 6-8 folks get off the street in the last several weeks alone. Please consider ringing with us this holiday season? God bless you. You can go to
