The driver of a Chevrolet pickup was transported to Hendrick Medical Center-Brownwood with undisclosed injuries following a one-vehicle rollover near the intersection of U.S. Highway 67/84 and County Road 198 east of Bangs Wednesday afternoon.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office discovered the accident at approximately 1 p.m. and relayed the information to dispatch. The male driver had a leg injury that prevented him from exiting the pickup – which was pulling a trailer with a skid steer on it – without assistance from first responders.

The vehicle was traveling eastbound at time that it veered off the roadway.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation and no further information was available.
