The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Phillip Lloyd Lemmons pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Tyler Shaffer pled guilty to two separate felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
