Theresa Lou Taylor of San Angelo, Texas, peacefully passed away at the age of 75 in the presence of her beloved family on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Brownwood, TX. She was born in Celina, Ohio, to her loving parents, Ruth and Lewis Cullen, on September 21, 1948.

Theresa’s life was marked by her strong spirit and unwavering love for her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth; father, Lewis; stepfather, Aaron Goodwin; sister, Dona Goodwin; and brother, Michael Cullen.

She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love to be carried forward by her surviving family members. Theresa is survived by her sister, Shari Forsyth and her husband, Gene of San Angelo, TX; two daughters, Amy Stout and her husband, Ken of Denton, TX; Tammy Williamson and her husband Ray of Brownwood, TX. She also leaves behind four beloved granddaughters: Ashley Allred Hoffman and her husband Tim of Coppell, TX; Kelsey Horn and her husband Tyler of Carrollton, TX; Sydney Ross of Brownwood, TX; and Gracey Stout of Denton, TX. Theresa’s legacy further lives on through her six beautiful great-grandchildren: Zayden, Kynzley, Ruthie, Aizley, Lincoln, and Brooks.

Theresa’s faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she deeply loved Jesus. Her family brought her immense joy, and she had a remarkable gift for remembering and celebrating every birthday. You could always count on receiving a card and a heartfelt call from her.

A celebration of Theresa’s life will be held at a later date in Bangs, TX, where the family can come together to honor and remember her life. Theresa’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those she touched, and her love will continue to guide her family in the years to come.
