The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Ashley Monigue Montemayor aka Ashley Montemayor Pruett pled guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Cody Ray Vuittonet pled guilty to the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
