COLEMAN – The Bangs Lady Dragons locked up one of the four volleyball playoff berths from District 6-2A with a 25-12, 25-20, 25-14 victory at Coleman Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Dragons were led offensively by Jadyn Miller’s 10 kills trailed by Raylee Hutchins with six, Kasey Solis with four, Neeley Bradley and Ava Boren with two apiece, and Emily Baker and Dyan McCurdy with one each.

Bradley dished out seven assists along with six from Boren, and two apiece from Solis and Miller.

Cloey Petty served four aces followed by three from Boren, and each from Bradley, Miller and Julianna Ethridge.

Defensively, Miller logged 17 digs followed by Ethridge with 15, Bradley with seven, Petty with five, Hutchins with four, Baker and McCurdy with two apiece, and Joey Newton with one.

Bradley, Hutchins, Solis and Boren each collected a block for the Lady Dragons.

Bangs (14-12, 3-3) will next host Hawley at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
