The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding a felony case recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Charisse Mauri Monceaux pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with of Fabricating Evidence and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
