EARLY – The Early Lady Horns were unable to secure a second consecutive District 8-3A volleyball victory as Peaster dished out a 25-13, 25-12, 25-10 defeat Tuesday evening.

Early received three kills from Hadalee Saunders, two from Dakota Barksdale and one apiece from Matty Boswell, Jensyn Rasor, Gabby Benson and Gabby Leal.

Grey Pruett distributed eight assists and served the only ace.

Defensively, Jenna Hataway logged four digs followed by Boswell with two.

Barksdale collected a pair of blocks at the net and Rasor chipped in one.

The Lady Horns (9-9, 2-2) resume District 8-3A action at noon Saturday at Eastland.
