Brownwood ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the May 2023 Bond Program that includes the following new Indoor Facility Complex and renovation of existing Snodgrass indoor facility.

The District will be utilizing a one-step process. Interested firms will submit qualifications along with proposed fees to the selection committee.  The deadline for submitting a response to the Request for Qualifications is on or before September 28, 2023 @ 2:00 PM CST.
