Brown County Republican Women’s Club will hold their monthly meeting on Friday, September 8th, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Brownwood Country Club. Our “Caring for America” Committee guest speakers will be Leesa Stephens, Executive Director of Good Samaritan Ministries and Chassidy Machmeier, Executive Director of Hope Home Ministry. Listed below are suggested donations to bring to the meeting.
The mission of GSM is to proclaim the Gospel in both word and deed to all people in need in Brown County ~ suggested donations: canned chicken or tuna; meal-in-a can such as Manwich or ravioli; canned vegetables or canned fruit
Hope Home Ministry is a safe place for young women trapped in a cycle of poverty, abuse and addiction ~ suggested donations: toothbrushes, deodorant, razors, shampoo and conditioner for ethnic hair (Shea Moisture is a good brand), gift cards to local stores or restaurants to be used for weekend outings with residents
You do not have to be a member to attend. Cost of the buffet is $16 per person to be paid at the door
