BRONTE – The Early Lady Horns dropped all three of their pool play matches at the Bronte tournament Friday, and will kick off bracket competition Saturday morning.

The Lady Horns fell to 3-6 overall following losses to Veribest (25-12, 25-21), Coahoma (25-8, 26-24) and Bangs (25-23, 25-23).

In the three matches combined Friday, Jensyn Rasor led Early with five kills trailed by Hadalee Saunders and Dakota Barkdale with four each, Matty Boswell and Grey Pruett with three apiece, and Karley Smith with one.

Pruett dished out 19 assists while Brooklyn McCullough served the lone ace.

Defensively, Pruett led the way with 10 digs while Barksdale recorded three blocks and Rasor added one.
