An Open House for the Brownwood Downtown Master Plan will be held Tuesday, August 22nd, from 8:00 to 10:00 am, at the Lyric Theatre. A formal presentation by Freese & Nichols will begin at 8:30 am, the remaining time will be open house with interactive input activities and discussions.
