During the entire month of August, all pet adoptions are free at the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center as part of its Clear The Shelters initiative.

The CTSAC is located at 3016 Milam Drive in Brownwood and is open from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The center is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.
