Judith Reyes Dominguez Hardin, age 83, of Santa Anna, died Saturday, August 5, 2023.

Judith was born October 21, 1939, in Acayucan, Veracruz Mexico to Tereso and Lucrecia Reyes Dominguez. Our mom loved God, her husband, children, grandchildren and her great-granddaughter. She had such a huge passion for her close friends and her pets. Mom loved flowers, make-up, jewelry, fashion, and she loved to make jokes. She had the best laugh and we loved hearing it. Mom always had her door open for anyone that needed to talk or needed advice. Our mother loved her home and her homeland of Mexico. Judith loved her brothers and sisters, whom she always spoke of often.

Preceding Judith in death are her parents; her husband Buddy Hardin Sr; her brothers, Saturno and Marcelino; and her sisters, Lilia, America, and Malena.

Judith is survived by her siblings, Jacinto Reyes, Clemente Reyes, Teresa Reyes, and Fina Reyes all of Mexico; two daughters, Barbara Stewart and husband Michael of Coleman, Claudette Croft and husband Eddie of Abilene; her son, Buddy T. Hardin Jr. and wife Tanya of Houston; her grandchildren that she deeply loved, Mikey Stewart, Angel Stewart, Matthew Stewart, Noah Stewart, Tommy Croft, Emily Amador and husband Joey, and Wilson Hardin; one great-granddaughter, Natalie June Ponsetti; and all of her Stewart family.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date for her family and close friends where we will all gather to love on one another. Mom loved everyone and she loved to feed those she met.

Memorials are requested with gratitude to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org/donate.

We invite you to share fond memories and words of comfort and condolence with the Hardin family by signing the virtual guestbook on Judith’s tribute page at www.stevensfuneralhome.com. Stevens Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hardin family.
