Funeral services for Ernest Covey, age 86, of Burleson, formerly of Brownwood, will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Austin Avenue Church of Christ.  Burial will follow in the Bangs Cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
