Veronica “Ronnie” Q. Soliz, age 41 of Brownwood, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 5:00 pm, Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel; cremation to follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Veronica was born on April 5, 1982, to Robert Soliz and Rosa Quintanilla Soliz. She was a lifetime resident of Brownwood and worked for Main Street Car Wash for over 10 years. Veronica loved fishing, reading, watching movies, and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Robert and Rosa Soliz of Brownwood; her boyfriend, Chris Gil of Brownwood and his daughters, Hannah and Madison; son, Joseph Soliz and wife Destiny of Brownwood; daughter, Lily Ellis of Brownwood; her grandchildren, Brinlee, Jace, and Kambree Soliz; sisters, Dee Dee Soliz and wife Zelma of Brownwood, Lisa Soliz and husband Ramon of Fort Worth, and Raquel Q. Soliz and fiancé Asia of Fort Worth.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and her cousin, J.J. Routt.
