Beginning Monday, July 24, Texas Department of Transportation crews will be adding an overlay to the intersection of US 67 (Early Blvd.) and US 84 (Garmon Dr.) in Early, near city hall and the police department.

The right turn lane of northbound US 67 will be closed at the intersection on Monday. Various other lane closures will occur as needed through the week. Work will begin at 7 AM and last through about 2 PM daily. Closures will reopen daily. This work is expected to be complete by Thursday afternoon, weather permitting.

Motorists are asked to use caution when driving near the work zone, avoid distractions, and watch for crews and equipment.
