The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will two food safety classes in August.

Certified Food Manager’s Class

• • August 8^th and 9^th
  • Both dates must be attended in order to take the exam. The certification is valid anywhere in the state of Texas for five years.
  • 8:00 – 5:00
  • $125

Food Handler’s Class

• • • August 10^th
    • 9:00 – 11:00
    • $20

Both training courses will be at the AgriLife Extension office in Brown County, 605 Fisk Ave.

To register for either course, call the Extension office at 325-646-0386. Registration can also be done in-person the day of the course; however the class is limited to 20 students.
