Median Price per Square Foot:  $118.21 (up 4.1%)

Median Home Size Sold: 1,722 square feet

Median Year Built:  1984

Closing Price/Original List Price:  89.1%

Active Listings: 172 (up 50.9%)

Months of Inventory: 4.5 (up 1.6 months)

Days on Market:  78 (up 23 days)

Days to Close:  33 (down 8 days)

Total Days:  111 (up 15 days)

Distribution of Sales Prices:

< $100,000:  18.4% of sales

$100,000 – $199,999:  36.8% of sales

$200,000 – $299,999:  13.2% of sales

$300,000 – $399,999:  10.5% of sales

$400,000 – $499,999: 10.5% of sales

$500,000 or more:  10.6% of sales
