Clinton Dennis Wynne, 56 years of age, of Bangs, Texas, passed away on June 27, 2023 at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023 at the United Pentecostal Church at 209 SW 5th Street, Cross Plains, Texas 76443. Pastor James M Overman will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brownwood Funeral Home 2512 Belle Plain, Texas 76801.

Clint was born in Longmont, Colorado to Dennis Wynne and Barbara Sue Nutt Wynne on March 11, 1967. Then in 1981 he was born again being filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus name. Clint graduated from and received his Airframe & Powerplant License for Aircraft Maintenance from Sowela Technical Institute in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He also earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Maintenance and Network Systems from Texas State Technical College in Sweetwater, Texas. He married Sandra Ailene East on September 22, 1990 in Vinton, Louisiana. Clint served as a musician in the United Pentecostal Church of Cross Plains. He served as President of the Atascosa County Amateur Radio Club and District Emergency Coordinator in both North and South Texas. As an avid “ham radio operator” Clint was involved in civic events and emergency communications for natural disaster relief. He was also a member of Brown County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and received first responder and search and rescue training.

Clint was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Sue Nutt Wynne and Dennis Wynne, his grandparents, Eugene Wynne, Willie Mae Gulley Wynne Bell, husband Marvin Bell, Fred Warren Nutt, and Lucy Jeannette Tilson Nutt.

Clint is survived by his wife, Sandra Ailene East Wynne, seven aunts and uncles, many cousins, and loving in-laws.

The family of Clint wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr Roy, his staff, ANP Elizabeth, her staff and the many other staff at Accel Health Clinic of Brownwood for excellent and generous service.

In lieu of flowers donations to the family or the Cross Plains United Pentecostal Church are appreciated.
