TGA Greaves 14U placed 1st in the diamond bracket at the NCS Texas State Championship this past weekend.

Battling the heat on Sunday and moving down to the losers bracket, playing back to back games these girls never backed down and battled to the very end. Going into the Championship game against undefeated Texas Glory ETX, Sydney Greaves went the circle, surrendered one run on three hits over three innings, striking out two and walking one. Kaydence Allen took the circle as the closer. There was an IF game, but due to the weather, Texas Glory ETX coaches gave TGA Greaves the win. Aleeya McCombs was named MVP in the Championship Game by her teammates and also hit a Homerun. All members of TGA Greaves contributed to each game, making this possible.
