- On Wednesday, May 31, at approximately 9:40 a.m., Deputy Scotty Burke spoke with a victim by phone in reference to a cat bite, which occurred on Thursday, May 25, 2023. the caller stated she had just left her property at Cork Dr. and was walking next door to her sister’s house when a cat ran at her and bit her on the top of her right foot. The cat then ran off. The caller said she didn’t report it at first because she didn’t know who the owner was or if it was just a stray cat. The caller went to the One Source Clinic today, because the bite was still red and swollen. She then was told she had to report it to the SO.
- On Wednesday, May 31, at approximately 12:41 p.m., Deputy Francisco Valencia was dispatched to CR 329. This was in regard to theft. The complainant stated a game camera was stolen off their property, as well as the memory cards from all the other game cameras located on their property. Information was gathered and a report was made.
