Jr) and wife Pam Nicks of Coleman; daughter, Jeanine Chisum and husband Keven of Brownwood; their mom, Rose Mary Nicks of Brownwood; his grandchildren, Sophie Nicks of San Angelo, Nickolas Nicks of Brownwood, Bryanne Chisum and Zackary Chisum both of Brownwood; his sisters Marsha Tomlinson of Ozona and Janice Banner & her husband Barry of Hawley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Curtis Nicks and wife Betty and their son Curtis Jr. “Little Curt”; nephew Shane Tomlinson, and niece Robin Tomlinson.
