Closed Sales:  41, up 10.8%

Active Listings:  138, up 115.6%

Months of Inventory:  3.6, up 2.0

Median Size Sold:  1,722 square feet

Median Year Built:  1979

Closing Price/Original List Price:  93.2%

Days on Market:  72

Days to Close:  33

Total Days: 105

Price Distribution of Sales:

$100,000 – 199,999:  36.6%

$200,000 – 299,999:  19.5%
