According to the Texas Water Development Board’s official website, waterdatafortexas.org, Lake Brownwood was 61.3% full at 5:30 a.m. Monday, up from 57.7% full Saturday. The lake level is currently 1,416.33 feet after standing at 1,415.39 feet Saturday, almost one full foot higher.

More rain is forecast throughout the week, with chances toward the weekend in the range of 60 percent and higher.
