In 25 years, Quality Body Works of Brownwood has earned a leadership position in the Brown County. Quality is more than just a small town shop.  They are a community supporter through 25 years of economic growth and prosperity.

Rick Hullum, of Blanket, incorporated Quality Body Works in May 1998.  The location at 405 West Austin has not changed however has steadily grown to encompass the block.  Hullum commends Terry Scott of DeLeon as the person who influenced his success as an entrepreneur.  “Terry hired me at Quality Body Works in Midland and Odessa in 1988.  He invested a great deal into building my positive attitude with management, entrepreneurship and mindset for growth.”

Hullum chose Brownwood in 1998 to launch Quality Body Works due to the central location, small town appeal for family and Lake Brownwood.  “Brownwood  has proven to be so rewarding personally but particularly for the 18 employees that are like family.  The quality of repair this team provides is the only advertising we need. Drivers make an investment in their vehicle. They choose this repair facility to maintain the highest quality repair for safety and value.” When asked where he sees himself in 10 years, Hullum grins “405 West Austin Avenue, fixing cars.”

A 25th anniversary celebration and grand re-opening is planned Friday May 12th at Quality Body Works of Brownwood.  Hullum welcomes the community an open house event partnered with Barron Paint and Equipment vendor of Spies Hecker environment friendly water born paint products.  Distinguished employees recognized for their tenures: Xavier Munoz 8 years, Brant Villalpando 17 years and Nolan Conway 21 years.
