NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 9, 2023:
(VAR 03-23) 1720 Southgate Dr: Requesting a variance of 15 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for carport.
(VAR 04-23) 1203 14th St: Requesting a variance of 3 ft. into the 3 ft. side alley setback requirement to replace an existing carport.
(VAR 05-23) 2615 Hillsboro Ave: Requesting a variance of 6.5 ft. into the 7.5 ft. side yard setback requirement for carport with gutter system.
