B. Consideration of the minutes for regular meeting held on March 28, 2023
C. Citizen’s comments
D. Special Recognition
1. Proclamation – National 9-1-1 Education Month
E. Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code:
1. Section 551.071 – Consult with Attorney
2. Section 551.087 – Economic Development
F. Reconvene into Open Session and consider action, if any, on items discussed in executive session
1. Consider Resolution 2023-EDR01, on first reading, approving Municipal Development funding request from Winston Water Cooler, LTD. (First reading only, no Council action may be taken)
G. Matters of New Business
1. Consideration to approve Ordinance 2023-04, to change the zoning designation from SF to GR for approximately 3.16 acres of Jacob Duckworth, Survey 56, Abstract 240, known as 720 Longhorn Drive. (Item tabled from last meeting)
2. Consider continuation of the variance granted for privacy fence at 305 Sunrise Drive.
3. Consideration to award bid for Autumn Drive construction.
4. Consideration to approve a Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund Grant application for Hideout Golf Club and Resort, Resolution 2023-CVR01.
5. Consideration of Resolution 2023-R09 to approve an Application for Participation in the Local Government Investment Cooperative (LOGIC).
6. Consideration to approve an Application for Participation in the Texas Short Term Asset Reserve Program (TexSTAR).
