It’s time to get all fired up for spring by purchasing barbecue for the 3rd annual spring fund raiser for the Comanche County Healthcare Foundation (CCHF). Orders are now being accepted from April 1-15 for briskets, ribs, and pork loins. Prepared orders will be for pickup at the front entrance to Comanche County Medical Center, from 9 to 11am, Saturday, April 29.

The meat is grilled by local grill masters. Proceeds from the charity event help CCHF achieve its nonprofit mission to raise funds for the patient care initiatives of Comanche County Medical Center and the hospital district. Briskets are $100, rack of ribs $50, and pork loin $30. Purchases can be made online at https://events.handbid.com/auctions/3rd-annual-all-fired-up-for-CCHF.

Orders can also be mailed in to CCHF, P.O. Box 634, Comanche, TX. 76442.

For questions contact CCHF President, Mark Beaty, 432-209-3275, or CCHF Secretary, Jami Tunnell, 254-326-8715, or Dublin Board member, Mac McKinnon, 254-485-3680.

Local grillers and grocers helping out are Greg Cisneroz, Lloyd Morton, Ruben Reyna, Smokin’ R BBQ, Tim Lopez, Clark Real Estate Group, Kev Mayfield, Red Dirt BBQ, and Shoppin’ Baskit.

Also Jason Conine, Swigs BBQ, Taco Bill, Brookshire’s, and David Campbell, Spirit BBQ.
