BANGS – The Bangs Lady Dragons moved to 4-0 against District 6-2A competition and 13-4 overall with a 10-0 home victory over Winters Tuesday afternoon.

The Lady Dragons – who have outscored their four district foes 63-0 – scored two runs each in the first and fourth innings, and three runs apiece in the second and fifth frames.

Bangs collected 17 hits led by Abby Wolf with three and three RBIs; Jaylee Valdez with two and a pair of RBIs; Cheyenne Rush, Neeley Bradley, and Bailey Mendieta with two and one RBI each; and Jadyn Miller and Emily Baker with two hits each.

In the circle, Wolf hurled a one-hit shutout over five innings with six strikeouts.

The Lady Dragons are back in action March 21 at home against district rival Coleman.
