GATESVILLE – The Brownwood Lady Lions scored the decisive goal with 9:38 left in the contest, snapping a two-game District 5-4A skid with a 2-1 road victory over Gatesville Friday night.

Ataleigh Constancio broke a 1-all tie with her goal from 20 yards out, finding the bottom left corner of the net.

Molly Oliver scored the first goal for Brownwood, with the assist coming from Constancio.

The Lady Lions (13-5-1, 7-4), who are locked into the third playoff seed from 5-4A, will conclude the regular season at home against Little River Academy at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
