Eight May Lady Tigers were selected to the roster of the 13-A all-district basketball team by the league’s coaches.

Jordyn Gerhardt was named Co-Newcomer of the Year while Chloe Lord was tabbed first team all-district.

Making the second team were Kenleigh Williford and Mia Musick, while Peyton Blankenship, McKenna Landes, Ashley Nnamani, and Estrella Bustamante each received honorable mention.

On the academic all-district roser were Lord, Nnamani, Kourtney Peacock and Emily Woods.

May finished the season with a 19-14 record under head coach Brad McGinn, finished third in the district and advanced to the bi-district round of the playoffs.
