The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding a felony case recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Jose Jonathan Gonzalez pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 18 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Sonnie G. Frausto pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Michael Rae Kidd pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Kidd pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Camron Creek pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Dashawn Johnson, on probation of the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
