The Heartland Association of Realtors has released annual statistics for real estate sales in Brown County in 2022.  Some of the highlights:

Closed Sales:  459 (down 4.2% vs. 2021)

Median Sales Price:  $173,000 (down 3.9%)

Median Price per Square Foot:  $117.09 (up 8.8%)

Closing Price/Original List Price:  94.3%

Days on Market/Days to Close/Total Days on Market:  43/35/78 (11 days less than 2021)
