Dawn Faith Hill-Flesner and Jamie Faye Anderson

Further information regarding the indictments for 47-year-old Dawn Faith Hill-Flesner and her partner 42-year-old Jamie Faye Anderson stemming from the August death of 9-year-old HardiQuinn Hill has been obtained.

In September, Hill-Flesner and Anderson were arrested and charged with Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.

Then, this past Saturday Hill-Flesner and Anderson were served the following indictments at the Brownwood/Brown County Law Enforcement Center.

  • Capital Murder of a Person under 10 years of Age
  • Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence

(This is in addition to the charge on September 27, 2022)

  • Count 1 Injury to a Child w/Intent to Cause Serious Bodily Injury
  • Count 2 Injury to a Child w/Intent to Cause Serious Bodily Injury

In the full indictment handed down by the Brown County Grand Jury in December, Hill-Flesner and Anderson were both indicted on Capital Murder charges due to intentionally or knowingly causing the death an individual younger than 10 years of age by depriving the child of adequate food or nutrition.

The copy of the full indictment against both individuals can be found below:
