The following fishing reports are provided by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the week of December 14:

LAKE BROWNWOOD

SLOW. Water slightly stained; 58-61 degrees; 7.91 feet below pool. Bass are excellent to 6.97 pounds in 4-8 feet of water on squarebills and flat-sided crankbaits. Crappie are slow on minnows in brush piles 8-20 feet of water. White bass are slow on jigs. Catfish are fair on cut shad drifting or jug lines.

LAKE CISCO

GOOD. Water stained; 70 degrees; 7.981 feet below pool. Channel catfish and bass are good in 15 feet of water with live perch. Crappie are good after sunset using minnows in 20 feet of water. Report by Jason Miller, Lake Cisco Rentals.

LAKE COLEMAN

FAIR. Slightly stained; 60 degrees; 5.08 feet below pool. Hybrid striped bass are good on rattletraps and slabs. Crappie are fair with jigs or minnows on brush piles. Bass are fair on topwater, jerkbaits and crankbaits in and around vegetation.

LAKE O.H. IVIE

GOOD. Water stained; 55 degrees; 22.83 feet below pool. Fishing patterns are similar. White bass are fair with live bait and crankbaits. Crappie are good with jigs and minnows. Largemouth bass are good. Catfish are fair on prepared baits, cut bait and live bait. Report by Concho Park and Marina.

LAKE PROCTOR

SLOW. Water stained; 56 degrees; 8.81 feet below pool. Target catfish on windblown banks, then step out deeper to look for fish. Use electronics to locate bait and fish. Report by Jeffery Sojourner, Sojourner Fishing LLC.
