Fishing Reports 11/23/22

The following fishing reports are provided by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the week of November 23:

LAKE BROWNWOOD

SLOW. Water slightly stained; 58-63 degrees; 8.28 feet low. Bass are slow to four pounds in 5-10 feet of water on jigs and squarebill crankbaits around docks with brush. Crappie to one pound are slow on minnows in brush piles. White bass are slow on jigs under the lights. Catfish are slow on cut shad and perch.

LAKE CISCO

GOOD. Water stained; 70 degrees; 8.21 feet low. Thankful the fishing continues to be good. Channel catfish and bass are good in 15 feet of water with live perch. Crappie are good after sunset using minnows in 20 feet of water. Report by Jason Miller, Lake Cisco Rentals.

LAKE COLEMAN

FAIR. Slightly stained; 67 degrees; 5.90 feet low. Hybrid striped bass are good on rattletraps and slabs. Crappie are fair with jigs or minnows on brush piles. Bass are fair on topwater, jerkbaits and crankbaits in and around vegetation.

LAKE O.H. IVIE

GOOD. Water stained; 55 degrees; 23.35 feet low. White bass are good with live bait and crank baits. Crappie great with jigs and minnows. Largemouth bass are good. Catfish are fair on prepared baits, cut bait and live bait. Report by Concho Park and Marina.

LAKE PROCTOR

SLOW. Water stained; 62 degrees; 8.94 feet low. Blue catfish are staying deep so far, but should be moving shallow to feed soon. Fish shad on wind blown banks and drop-offs. Report by Jeffery Sojourner, Sojourner Fishing LLC.
