The Early Police Department posted on Facebook Monday that it is investigating two acts of criminal mischief that occurred in the city over the weekend.

* Someone entered the women’s restroom at the Early Baseball parks on Oak street and wrote graffiti on the walls, sinks and stalls which will require the area to be repainted.

* Someone threw black paint on the football field at Longhorn Stadium. The artificial turf was just replaced a couple years ago and may have an expensive repair cost. The total cost for repairs is not known at this time.

It is unknown if the two incidents are related right now.
