On Sunday, November 6, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to handle a loose livestock at FM 1467. A cow was in the roadway had been run onto the property to get it off the roadway. The cow is an all-black Heifer with a yellow ear tag, displaying 377. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
On Sunday, November 6, Deputy Rita Duaine was dispatch to a 911 call of burglary. A complainant reported s suspect was in her house. Deputy Duaine gathered information, a report was made, and the suspect was arrested for Criminal Trespass of Habitation.
On Monday, November 7, at 1:21 a.m., Deputy Ricky Herring was dispatched to West US Highway 67. This was in reference to an assault victim, who was assaulted by her husband. When she attempted to dial 9-1-1, for emergency assistance, the phone was taken from her. Upon arrival information was gathered, and a report was taken for Assault Family Violence and Interference with Emergency Call. The suspect had left prior to arrival.
