EARLY – The Early Lady Horns volleyball season concluded Tuesday night with a 25-10, 25-19, 25-21 loss at the hands of District 8-3A rival Millsap.

Offensively, Averey Horton led the attack with four kills trailed by Dakota Barksdale with three, Stoney Laughlin and Taylor Waldorf with two each and Gabby Leal with one.

Waldorf also registered 13 assists and one ace, while Jenna Hataway served an ace as well.

Defensively, Hataway’s four digs were a team-best followed by Matty Boswell with three and Madison Torrez with one.

At the net, Barksdale and Leal logged two blocks each and Laughlin contributed one.

Early finished with a 9-22 overall record and 2-12 mark against District 8-3A competition.
