Eleven sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Gregory Robinson pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jason Lee Gray pled guilty to the felony offenses of Criminal Mischief and Taking Wildlife Resources With Consent of Landowner and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Ezequiel Garcia pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jimmy Hallum, on probation for the felony offense of Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Hallum, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Bradley Kinsey pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Austin Lohmann pled guilty to the felony offense of Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Brandi Nicole Miller-Tomme aka Brandi Watson, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evident, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Watson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Gladys Aleman, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Zane Scott Huntley pled guilty to the felony offenses of Theft of Property, Taking Wildlife Resources Without Consent of Land Owner and Criminal Mischief and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Eugene Christman, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 24 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • James Otis Walker pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 22 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
