Lady Dragons downed on the road by Hawley

Raylee Hutchins (3) and the playoff-bound Lady Dragons (11-18, 3-4) wrap up the regular season at home against Ranger at 11 a.m. Saturday

HAWLEY – The playoff-bound Bangs Lady Dragons were knocked off in three sets by second-place Hawley, 25-20, 25-17, 25-18, Tuesday night.

Neeley Bradley and Jadyn Miller collected six kills apiece for third-place Bangs, followed by Raylee Hutchins and Kasey Solis with two each, and one apiece from Ava Boren and Claire Auldridge.

Laynie Evans and Bradley notched six assists each.

Julianna Ethridge served a pair of aces while Hutchins, Boren, and Evans added one apiece.

Defensively, Miller logged 17 digs trailed by Bradley with eight, Evans with seven, Hutchins and Ethridge with six apiece, and one each by Solis and Auldridge.

The Lady Dragons did not record a block.

Bangs (11-18, 3-4) wraps up the regular season at home against Ranger at 11 a.m. Saturday
