The Brownwood Lady Lions dropped a 25-15, 23-25, 25-19, 25-17 decision to Graham Friday at Warren Gym as their search for their first District 6-4A volleyball victory continues.

Aubrie Felux tallied a team-high eight kills followed by Hannah Deen with seven, Ava Choate with six, Miranda Northcutt with five, Aniah Hines with two and Kassidy Wooten and Emma Ringer with one apiece.

Ringer recorded 17 assists trailed by Felux with six and Wooten with a pair.

Wooten and Ringer led the charge with four aces apiece trailed by Felux and Deen with two each and one by Choate.

Defensively, Wooten registered 27 digs followed by Ringer with 19, Deen with 10, Choate with nine, Felux with eight, Hines and Talasia Green with two each, and Northcutt with one.

Choate notched Brownwood’s only block in the match.

The Lady Lions (4-21, 0-6) will host district leader Stephenville at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
