The Zephyr Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs both placed third as a team at the District 18-A cross country meet Tuesday and will advance to the Region III-A meet Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Lynn Creek Park at Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie.

Competing for the Lady Bulldogs were Avery Dozier (7^th, 14:39), Madison McClain (10^th, 15:04), Jordan Chumley (14^th, 15:24), Haley Eason (17^th, 15:46), Aliana Lopez (21^st, 16:10), Bethany Blair (29^th, 18:49).

The Bulldogs team was comprised of Eli Williams (2nd ,18:47,) Aaron Fagan (7^th, 20:46), Rhett Williams (9^th, 21:33), Cash Whisenhunt (11^th, 21:36), and Johnny Paul Evans-Rollins (19^th, 23:35).
