The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Pablo Palacios, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 10 years, Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Courtney Brook Foster pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division. Further, Foster, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance and Abandoning or Endangering a Child, was revoked and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
