The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Nacoma Davis, on probation for the felony offenses of Continuous Violence Against the Family and Injury to Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Joshua Mark Brode, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Serjio Castillo, Jr., on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Castillo, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Brandon Lee Stevens, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse was revoked and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
