Eleven sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

Tiffany Ann Pool pled guilty to the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
James Worsham pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Destinee Hood pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Prohibited Substance/Item in Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Tina Bessent Anderson aka Tina Lucille Banford pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Anderson aka Banford, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Edward Lee Williams, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Danielle Marie Rawls, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Michael Edward Cooper pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Bryan Christopher Gleason, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Matthew Horn pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Donna Alvineda, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced and 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Chad Wittke pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
